What to Expect

Throughout our 12-week program, you can expect:

  1. Holistic Approach: We take a comprehensive, multi-level approach to address the mind, body, and spirit during menopause, offering you a well-rounded toolkit for managing your symptoms and enhancing your overall well-being.
  2. Personalized Support: You'll receive two 1:1 Health Coaching sessions with Board Certified Health Coach Robina Abramson-Walling, tailored to your individual needs and goals. Additionally, you'll have one 1-hour Biofield Tuning Distant Session with Certified Biofield Practitioner Robina Abramson-Walling to help align your energy and promote healing.
  3. Guidance and Empowerment: Gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take control of your menopausal experience and live life on your own terms. Our team is dedicated to providing you with personalized guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way.
  4. Transformational Journey: Prepare to embark on a transformational journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Through a combination of coaching sessions, self paced exercises, reflections and experiential exercises, you'll uncover new insights, break through limiting beliefs, and step into your power with confidence.

Led by Robina Abramson-Walling, a Board Certified Health Coach currently pursuing her PhD and Doctorate in Natural Medicine, our program is rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of treating each client as a unique individual.
